Nintendo asks court to dismiss customer class-action over tariff refunds
Nintendo has asked a federal court to dismiss a class-action lawsuit filed by two customers seeking tariff refunds. In March Nintendo sued the U.S. government for refunds and interest on tariffs it paid. The customers' April suit says Nintendo should pass refunds to buyers after raising some hardware prices due to the tariffs.
