Nintendo says it need not pass tariff refunds to customers in class-action suit
Nintendo tells a court it is not required to rebate customers after raising prices to cover inflated US tariffs. The company says buyers received “what they bargained and paid for.” Nintendo has asked a judge to dismiss a class-action suit seeking part of any government refund to the company.
