AMD's Zen 6 LP cores combine multiple Zen generations and receive unique CPUID

AMD is developing low-power Zen 6 'LP' CPU cores that blend elements from Zen 2 through Zen 6 and are intended for laptops and gaming handhelds. A Linux kernel patch introduces a distinct CPUID designation and changes topology reporting and boost-scaling so LP cores use highest-performance scaling rather than a fixed CPPC ceiling. The LP cores sit alongside AMD's existing Performance and Efficiency cores and are designed to enable devices to run at only a handful of watts.
