VALORANT Patch 13.02 raises Phoenix ultimate cost, delays Replication mode

Riot Games will release Patch 13.02 on July 28 and has increased Phoenix's Ultimate cost from six to seven orbs as the patch's sole agent change. The change targets Phoenix's Ultimate farming after a recent rise in his popularity among Duelists.
