Halo: Campaign Evolved premium buyers on Xbox can't access early access

Players who purchased the Halo: Campaign Evolved Premium Edition or upgrade on Xbox and the Xbox PC app are unable to access the game's early access. A message reading "You're too early" appears for affected users. Halo Support says it is investigating the issue. The PlayStation 5 version appears to be playable.
