Riot adds vote to end League games early when griefing occurs

Riot is introducing a player vote to end League of Legends matches early when a troll or griefer ruins the game. If the vote passes, the match will end and only the offending player will receive a penalty. The change is intended to speed resolution and target disruptive behavior without punishing teammates.
