LoL Patch 26.15: Bel'Veth reworked, Riven & Locke changed, Alistar buffed

Riot Games released Patch 26.15 with a major Bel'Veth rework intended to weaken her early game and emphasize her late-game fantasy. The patch also retunes Mordekaiser after an overbuff in 26.14, adjusts Locke, nerfs Riven, and applies buffs to Alistar and several underperforming items.
