Ubisoft to reveal Ghost Recon plans on Aug. 6 for 25th anniversary

Ubisoft confirmed it will reveal what’s next for Ghost Recon on August 6, marking the series' 25th anniversary. The announcement follows recent leaks about a Wildlands remaster and the next mainline title, codenamed Project OVR. The franchise has not seen a new main entry since 2019 and the project now sits with Creative House 2 under GM Christoph Hartmann.
