Unity demos a Unity game running natively inside Unreal Engine

At Unite Seoul, Unity demonstrated a Unity-made game rendering and simulating inside Unreal Engine in real time. The demo synced physics, lighting and player input between the two engines and was not video streaming. This work is part of a Unity–Epic partnership aiming to bring Unity content into Fortnite; Unity’s Fortnite integration will enter early access in 2027. The demo underscores both companies’ push toward interoperable game ecosystems.
