Former TSMC manager indicted under Taiwan National Security Act for alleged tech leak to China
Taiwanese prosecutors have indicted a former TSMC deputy manager for allegedly stealing trade secrets to transfer to China. Authorities say he copied 21 confidential documents and discussed creating a semiconductor analysis firm called CSMAC in China.
