Modern Warfare 4 beta on Aug 21–25 (pre-order) and Aug 28–Sept 1 (public)

Activision set Modern Warfare 4 multiplayer beta weekends: a pre-order beta Aug 21–25 and a public beta Aug 28–Sept 1. The pre-order window is available on PC, PS5 and Xbox; Switch 2 joins only for the public beta. Game Pass subscribers will not receive early beta access this year.

• Pre-order beta: Aug 21–25 on PC, PS5, Xbox (no Switch 2)
• Public beta: Aug 28–Sept 1 on all platforms including Switch 2
• Game Pass subscribers get no early access this year
• Beta includes 19 unlockable weapons, new Kill Block map and multiple modes
