Echoes of Aincrad launches July 9 — PC and console times, price, preload

Bandai Namco's Echoes of Aincrad releases July 9 for PC, PlayStation and Xbox. PC launch is 3pm PDT (6pm EDT / 11pm BST / 12am CEST / 8am AEST / 10am NZST); consoles go live at 9pm PDT (midnight in several other regions). Base price on Steam is $70/£55 with a $20 deluxe upgrade and expansion due later this year. Steam has no preload available, though consoles do, and the Steam Next Fest demo remains available.
