LoL 26.14 preview: Corki & Mordekaiser buffed; Garen, Locke, Senna & Seraphine nerfed

Riot published the balance preview for League of Legends Patch 26.14. Corki and Mordekaiser are receiving buffs while Garen, Locke, Senna and Seraphine are being nerfed. The update also includes several item changes, notably nerfs to Hextech Rocketbelt, Jack of All Trades and Protoplasm Harness.
