HEROIC finalise roster with Brollan; he drops IGL duties

HEROIC have completed their new roster with the addition of Brollan. He spent the past year and a half as the team's in-game leader but will not serve as captain in the new lineup. The change ends his recent run as HEROIC's IGL and shifts him to a non-captain role.
