Nintendo to shut down Mario Kart Tour on Sept. 29; game will be unplayable
Nintendo will end Mario Kart Tour's service on September 29, removing online access and making the game unplayable once servers shut down. The mobile racer launched in September 2019 and ran for seven years. Nintendo has suspended sales of the premium Ruby currency and is granting subscription perks for the remaining months.
