Leaked GTA 6 clips show protagonist Jason, Leonida map and six-star wanted system
Leaked gameplay clips and map images for Grand Theft Auto 6 appeared online showing the Florida-inspired state of Leonida and scenes starring one protagonist, Jason. The clips include mundane gameplay moments—shooting a basketball outside Jason's waterfront home and a road-rage killing that leads to a police chase—and reveal systems such as a six-star wanted level and a police ID HUD. A group called Cyberleek claimed credit, some reuploads have been removed, Rockstar has not confirmed authenticity, and an official GTA 6 gameplay reveal is scheduled next week on Netflix.
- Two circulated clips show the player controlling Jason: one of him shooting a basketball outside a dilapidated waterfront home, the other of him killing a delivery driver, fleeing police, and approaching a helicopter.
- Leaked images include an in-game map of Leonida, the Florida-inspired state where GTA 6 takes place.
- The wanted-level system visible in the clips reaches six stars (one higher than GTA 5); the road-rage killing in the clip produces a two-star wanted level.
- The HUD shows a police ID system with three icons for clothing, face/hair and car; a group named Cyberleek claimed the posts and some reuploads were removed, while Rockstar has not confirmed the leaks and an official gameplay reveal is scheduled next week on Netflix.
