Marvel Tōkon PC patch removes audio checks and cuts CPU use; performance improves but PSN login backlash remains

Arc System Works released a major PC patch for Marvel Tōkon that fixes frequent frame drops by removing unnecessary audio input checks and lowering overall CPU usage. The update also addressed high CPU use during startup and periodic audio processing during matches, producing noticeably smoother gameplay and reducing rollback for many players. Steam reviews improved from Mostly Negative back to Mixed, but some players still report trouble hitting 60 FPS and the forced PSN login requirement continues to drive negative reviews.
